Afradex is committed to respecting user privacy and we therefore collect the bare minimum amount of information required in order to provide the service. As a decentralized platforms Afradex will never require any user registration or submission of data, unlike centralized platforms that typically have strict Know Your Customer ('KYC') requirements.
Personal data (referred to simply as 'data' hereon) will only be processed by us to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional service. Per Art. 4 No. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation (hereon referred to as the 'GDPR'), 'processing' refers to any operation or set of operations such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment, or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction performed on personal data, whether by automated means or not.
Data Processing
Your data processed when using our website will be deleted as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion of the same is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below.
Data relating to your IP address, internet browser (type and version), operating system, time of visit and any referral websites are collected as part of server logs. The basis for this storage is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website. None of this data is collected with the intention of identification of any individual user.
Cookies & Analytics
Afradex does not use directly deploy any cookies or analytical tools for the purpose of tracking users, where necessary cookies may be used by companies with cooperate with for the purposes of advertising, analysing user traffic or service improvement.
You reserve the right to refuse the use of cookies by adjusting your browser settings. This may however prevent some features from functioning fully.
Contact
Should you contact us directly via email or through our contact form, the data you provide will be used for the purpose of processing your request. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once we have fully answered your inquiry and there is no further legal obligation to store your data.
